Hamachi 0.10 driver

Ok folks,

Here's something to try.  I've added in code to check the dev->tbusy
flag in hamachi_interrupt (thanks to Michel for pointing out this
potential problem).  I haven't been able to try the module, but it
compiles fine under linux 2.2.1.  You can download it from:

   http://www.nscl.msu.edu/~kasten/perf/hamachi/src

You want the 0.10 version.  And you might have to right click
and save the link.

Let me know how it goes.
