Do you have at least some way of testing with TP ? This will help you 
validate your combination of mainboard (+BIOS) and kernel, so that the 
only thing left would be the card itself. Then you can test it with the 
905B-COMBO with BNC.

But, there is something else that bothers me: would WOL work with the BNC 
transceiver ? Basically this would have to be left powered on in order to 
be able to receive the WOL packet; AFAIK (I don't have such card) this 
is an external chip.
