[vortex] 3com 575, compaq armada timeout problem

Hiya!
First, if this is the wrong place for this kind of reports. Please don't
flame me to death :)

Ok, now on to the problem.

I'm using a 3Com575 cardbus card (full name: 3CXFE575BT)
When I'm transfering files >50mb, or just when i've used the network for a
while I get:

"NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: trasmit timed out
eth0: transmit timed out, tx_status 00 status e000.
  diagnostics: net 0cc2 media 8800 dma 000000a0"

If i do a cardctl eject, and reinsert the card. It will return to working
status (for a while)

I've searched the web and found a couple of persons with the same symptom
as me, but I haven't found a fix.
