No, my machine its logs all the events. I'm very sure about this.

No ... In the past, the driver prints on my logs when the IRQ is blocked
but from v0.99Xg the driver do not prints that problems ... why?

I tried a lot of kernels including all 2.4.18-* from RedHat (my box
running an RedHat). 2 weeks I ocupied with kernel to find a stable
solution form my box. All the kernel from redhat OOPSes ...

Yes ... my machine it's a SMP. I'm using MPS 1.1 and I will try to change
to 1.4 and to boot with noapic option. Right now i'm looking on the tyan
site for the newest BIOS.
