[vortex] 3com 3c920 network card problem

hello everybody

My machine is a DELL OptiPlex GX260 which has a 3Com 3C920 Integrated Fast
Ethernet Controller (3C905C-TX Compatible) network card, im installing
Linux RedHat 7.3 (kernel 2.4.18-3) and i installed too the 3c90x module.
this module was downloaded from:
http://support.3com.com/infodeli/tools/nic/linuxdownloads.htm
(3c90x-102.tar.gz package)
my problem is that i can't load the module 3c90x, trying with:

insmod 3c90x

it shows the following error:

i used all module options but im still having the error, could you help me
with that?
