[vortex] Forcing config on dual NICs

I've got a box with a 3c900 Cyclone and a 3c905B Cyclone (according to
dmesg).  the 900 is 10Mb only, while the 905B is 10/100.  I want the 900
to be eth0, and the 905B to be eth1, but they are reversed.  I'm loading
the driver as a module, using 2.2.18.

I can't seem to find out what I need to do to make this happen.  The
Ethernet HOWTO only helps with ISA NICs, and I couldn't find anything in
the list archives.  If it helps, the IRQ for the 900 is 11, and for the
905B its 10.
