The driver version enables 3c900B/3c905B Cyclone's Wake-on-LAN (WOL) feature
while the interface isn't up.

As an evil side-effect, it must put the card into "D3" almost-power-off
state.  That means that you cannot use drivers earlier than v0.99F after
loading this driver, unless you load v0.99H or use the obscure 'pci-config
-W' command.

It also has a few other minor driver tweaks.
Please send a report if you try this version.
