Hi Shaibal,
	I don't actually know the answer but reading the part of the file
that you posted suggests that the first one can be used as a modem or a
network card in linux but the second (presumibly the one with a WinModem)
can only be a network card. This would suggest they are different but have
the same part number from DELL.
