Okay, this one works - except for suspend/resume.  Previously, a
module load/unload would kick it back to life, now I have to load
0.99H to bring it back up.  pci-config claims that it's already
powered up, but I don't get a link light until 0.99H is loaded.

That could certainly be done, but I don't want to fall into the Forth
trap, where every running Forth implementation is really a different
language.
