Hi, Jesse.

It should work fine.  By "linux 6.2" you probably mean Redhat 6.2 or
Suse 6.2?  I know that RH has support for 3c575; I'm sure Suse has as
well.

I have a friend (who knows about these things) who claims that RH6.0 was
better at laptop support than 6.1 or 6.2.  There's only one way to find
out!

When I tried to install Mandrake 7.0 on a new Toshiba it didn't go very
well - I'm told that more recent Mandrake distributions fixed the PCMCIA
issues.
