Problems loading module for 3c905c

Hello all,
        I'm trying (with little success) to install drivers for a Dell
XPS T500 running RedHat 6.0.  The card is up and running under Windows
NT, which reports the card as residing at irq 11, io address 0x1000. 
When I try to install the module using insmod (no options),
I get the error message:

3c59x.0: init_module: Device or resource busy

Has anyone else run into this before?  Any help would be appreciated.
