I think we have a problem with 3C905Cs

Hi;
        3 out of 3 new 3C905C-TX-M cards I just bought will not run with
the
driver.  RedHat 6.0 box stock. Two different systems (PIII-450 and
600).  All 'Cs will run under '95 and if I install either of two 3C905Bs
on the
systems they work just fine.  All parameters were checked with
3c90xcfg.exe.

        Driver refuses to load saying:

        /lib/modules/2.2.5-15/net/3c59x.o: init_module: Device or
resource busy
        
        This is driver 0.99H.  I can't find any revision notes on more
recent
revs and whether this has been addressed.
