3c59x transmit timed out, take 3

I finally had time to try it again with logging enabled...
the klog output is at:

ftp://null.cc.uic.edu/pub/linux/debug/3c59x/051299/kernel.gz

It's 91Kb... All the way at the end there are 4 "timed out" messages, that's
when the connection dropped..

I completly forgot about /proc, but I'll do this again tommorow and include
the output from /proc and from ifconfig...
