3C905, many RX error and poor performance.

Hi,

Additional information that may be relevent:

Connecting to another switch (Bay networks in this case) didn't help.
The switch (level 2) notices no errors.

Tring to ftp to the computer is VERY slow and often hangs. 
Ftping from another computer to this one I get full speed, so the problem
is definetly only in the direction to the computer.

Rebooting, icluding turning off the computer doesn't help

Running mii-diag -watch I get:
