I am also trying to find out what chip is used in 3COM ethernet cards. I
just bought a HomeConnect Kit that comes with two 10/100 ethernet cards. Do
they also use the Lucent chip? If yes, what is the Lucent part number? If
not, whose chip do they use? I am looking for programming information for
the cards.

Thanks,

Allen
