almost got it...

How can I get off this list? I know this isn't the right way to ask. I have
been getting emails from this list for years, and all attempts to get off it
have failed! Please help...

Usually I use the DOS utility which comes with the card and

set the NIC speed to fixed 100Mbps instead of autodetect.

This works fine for me.
