3'rd interface dies quietly...

Hi,

I have a Linux-box as a router for 3 networks. I have never had any
problems until recently. One of the three configured 3c905b cards just
dies sometimes, and when it does it only arp's for MAC's. Anyone have any
hints on this matter? I'm clueless. I have an Intel Celeron 300Mhz, 2.3.10
kernel and the latest driver (as a module) v0.99L. Could this be a
hardware malfunction, or? If I do "/sbin/ifconfig eth2 down" and
"/sbin/ifconfig eth2 up" the LAN-card returns to function normal again.
There is no logs sent to syslogd. Anyone had this problem but me?
