Problem with new Cyclon

I had the exact same problem as Kevin. That is, all my networking settings
seemed correct, and in fact, when I tried pinging another machine I was
able to see the the messages go out by running dcpdump on another
computer, but the replies where ignored by my machine.

The solution in my case was to compile version 0.99E from May which I
found in ftp://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/linux/drivers/3c59x.c.
Oddly enough, version 0.99G from November found in
ftp://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/linux/drivers/test/3c59x.c DOES NOT WORK!
