Problems with 0.99G

Hi,
I have 3c905-TX card.
I just tried 0.99G version.
And i got those messages very often. Almost every few seconds.

Right now i'm running 0.99E compiled as a module.
with debug=3 options=6 and its running pretty good.
But i have to run ping in background process otherwise driver stops working.
That mean i can't connect from outside world. Than i have to go to local
console make any connection or ping and driver work again for few minutes
than stops. That why i have background ping working all the time it keeps
driver working.
Can anybody try to explain that???
