3c59x: recurring transmit errors

I am also using 3c59x.c version 0.99E with patch 7 from Rob Riggs with the
same card and am also seeing the same errors..  They usually happen
during the network backup for the main tape server (meaning high network
traffic).  Running at 100MB with full duplex.

Apparently the patch doesn't fix all of the problems?
