[tulip] Conexant LANfinity

I got my LANfinity card to actually somewhat compile but it says
tulip.c: In function `set_rx_mode`:
tulip.c:3249: `NETIF_MSGRXFILTER` undeclared (first use in this function)
tulip.c:3249: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
tulip.c:3249: for each function it appears in.)

I use the command gcc -DMODULE -D__KERNEL__ -I/usr/src/linux/include 
-include /usr/src/linux/include/linux/modversions.h -O6 -c tulip.c
This command works and compiles pci-scan.c
If you can Please help me.
