[tulip] Compex FL6400TX problem

Hello!
I have a small problem using two Compex FL6400TX (it's a quad 21143 card)
in machine.
While all 8 ports are recognized when the driver is loaded, two of the
ports have problems:

It looks like IRQs 9 & 10 are not shareable, while IRQ 11 has no problem
with it... Any ideas why?

PS: The module is loaded with 'separate_irq=1' option.
