[tulip] Unanswered, unacknowledged post

Hi Donald,

On Jan 16, 2002 one of the tulip chip designers submitted to this
maillist what I thought was a bug report in sort of veiled way.

The guy is "Moti Haimovsky" <motih@cisco.com>

and he pointed out how the tulip chip and driver could get into a
receiver suspended state.

I think when the chip designer has something to say, that we should all
listen.  And then at least comment on his input.

I can see no evidence that his comment was refuted, digested or
understood by the primary maintainer of this code.
