[tulip] I/O region too small problem

Yes it is a retail boxed set of the released version of RH7.2.  I will
pursue the PCMCIA side of things starting by installing the latest version
followed by contacting Red Hat if needed.

I have seen your name on a lot of network drivers stuff so I guess you get a
lot of email in a day.  Thanks for taking the time to answer mine and keep
up the good work.
