[tulip] Help With Redhat Linux 6.1 /w DEC-21142 On board Lan

Hello
Im installing linux for the fist time and everything seems to be ok =
except I can't get my NIC to work.
The Redhat installer detected the NIC ok and set the module to tulip.
However I can't seem to connect to my Linksys Etherfast router. When =
linux boots up I see no connection lights at all.
One odd thing I noticed during the install was that the Full/Col light =
and the 100Mb light were both flashing on and off at the same time. =
However the link light was not coming on at all.
I've tested the card under W98 and it does work.
Any help would be greatly apreciated.
