Your kernel header files are for 2.2.16, while you are running 2.2.18.
The kernel header files should be in /usr/src/linux/include.
/usr/src/linux should be a symbolic link to /usr/src/linux-2.2.18.
Your symbolic link is apparently to /usr/src/linux-2.2.16.
