Patches are made with the "diff" command and applied with the "patch"
command. Information about these commands is available use the commands
"man diff" and "man patch" (or some other on-line manual browser, depending
on what desktop environment you're running).
I patched Donald's netdriver source, which I don't think works on 2.4 yet.
I will have to upgrade my kernel from 2.2 to 2.4 and try to patch the 2.4
kernel's driver.
