[tulip] Tulip driver 0.9.14 in 2.4.3-pre1 v/s Becker's latest driver?

I'm having trouble getting my ZNYX 4-port 10/100 ZS3460Q cards
to do better than 10 half-duplex when connected to each other
with cross-over cables.  (The de4x5 driver seems to get it to
100 half-duplex...)

I'm using the tulip driver that comes with 2.4.3-pre1.

It seems that Donald's latest driver might fix this problem,
but it does not (seem to?) support the 2.4.X series yet.

Can anyone tell me if the 0.9.14 tulip driver in 2.4.3-pre1
is current with regard to Donald's driver?

I will be happy to test any patches that someone would
like to send me :)
