[tulip] Careful with Conexant LANfinity and 2.4

Donald,

	No lockups so far, but it has been only a few hours
of testing. I did stress the network a little and the
kernel says:

kernel: eth0: Out-of-sync dirty pointer, 4044 vs.
4061, full=1.
kernel: eth0: Out-of-sync dirty pointer, 4621 vs.
4642, full=1.
kernel: eth0: Out-of-sync dirty pointer, 4676 vs.
4693, full=1.
kernel: eth0: Out-of-sync dirty pointer, 4724 vs.
4743, full=1.

and then eventually the network stops working.

Any magic one-liner patching? Let me know if you want
to test any debugging code.
