Hmmm, it turns out I did add a PCI table entry for the Accton EN2242 a
while back.  It's a ADMtek Comet chip with a unique EEPROM-set device ID.

It should "just work" with the updated driver at
  ftp://ftp.scyld.com/pub/network/netdriver-2.1.src.rpm
