The 83902 is often used with NE2000 clones. It's an 8390 with extra
circuitry for twisted pair.

Try the 'ne' driver. You might have to experiment with jumper setting.
The card is liked at 0x20 offsets from 0x200-0x3e0 e.g.
0x200, 0x220... 0x3c0, 0x3e0
If you have four I/O jumpers, set all the same side and try io=0x200 and
io=0x3e0.
