[tulip] Loading starfire driver gives Transmit timed out: Status 0050

Guys,

I have managed to compile the Starfire driver and pci-scan under RH kernel
2.2.16-3, however I now get console error output.
Transmit timed out: Status 0050

Dmesg reports
eth2: 0  00001a0000

eth2: Printing Rx ring (next to recieve into 0)

Anyone seen this before.
PS. I'm now trying the recompile using 2048 as a native ring size.
