[tulip] Linksys 10/100 Card

I'm using the latest Linksys 10/100 NIC with Red Hat 6.2, kernel 2.2.14. I
d/led the latest drivers in package form from scyld.com and installed the
package using GnomeRPM.

I get the following error when I run insmod tulip.

Using /lib/modules/2.2.14-5.0/net/tulip.o
/lib/modules/2.2.14-5.0/net/tulip.o: init_module:device or resource busy

On a system reboot the initialization of eth0 fails.

Any help or direction would be appreciated.
