[tulip] Xircom card -resource busy error

I have been unsuccessful at getting my xircom card to work under Redhat 7. 
When I run modprobe,it says "Device resource busy". Basically I just can't 
get the tulip driver to work. Can someone point me in the right direction as 
to what to do. Keep in mind, I am a novice. Many thanks.
