[tulip] problems insmodding tulip.o

hello hello good people

ive been working on this all day and have taken it to the next level -
signing up on the tulip list.  nuts.

thanks for the help getting tulip.o to compile.. im also trying another
route.  on the lynksys page i downloaded their driver.exe which expands to
include a tgz file with driver source in it.  it all compiled.  and i was
able to insmod pci-scan.o .. i just cant insmod tulip.o .. of course, i get
a tulip.o: init_module: device or resource busy.

ive been reading over the past few months of posts to the list and this
seems to be the way to go.  here's output from lspci -v, following by a
catting of /proc/interrupts:

any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  and on that tip - whats going on
with the driver?  is there anything we (i) can do to help?  things seem to
be a bit nuts recently..
