Dlinks have worked much better than the zynx for me.  The zynx won't
auto-negotiate up to 100bt-FD.  Becker's new drivers may fix that,
I'm not sure...  I'm pretty sure the one in the 2.4 kernel will not,
at least as of 2.4.1
