[tulip] Driver for DFE-580TX failing using sundance

Trying to get Dink 580TX to work in Red hat Linux 6.2 or 7.0 with Sundance
Driver 1.01 from Don Becker's webpage. I get the following error messages : 
1)  When I bring up the driver:
Bringing up interface eth2: Too much work at interrupt, status= 0x0011
/0x0011
2) During traffic:
Transmit timeout status, c0, resetting ...
