[tulip] tulip drvier error

I am still trying tulip driver(0.92w) for 88140,
when I insmod tulip.o(have insmod pci-scan.o)
it pop up

eth1:  EEPROM default media type MII 100baseTx.

but when I ping others it say
"neighbour table overflow" a few times
then endless
 "status 00678007, CSR12 0000010f, resetting..."

Can anyone tell me the reason?
