[tulip] Full-Duplex not working on older lne100tx

Hi Erik,

i am not sure but do you not mean an 100/10 Mbit Dual-Speed HUB ? That only
switch 10 mbit /s transfers ?

This is internaly a hub and not a switch and so far it can not work with
full-duplex.
