[tulip] help

ok for 3 days i have set here trying to get my net card to work (i know
it works cause i had a friend do it for ma along time ago ) well i need
the tulip.c driver so i downloaded that and it still dosn't work ... can
someone give me what i need  in a file format that i can just copy and
past into my /lib/modules/2.2.15-4mdk/net folder ??? please help im sick
and tired of trying to get this to work ... if u cant or dosn't want to
do the work for me then please give me instructions in english so maybe
i  can do it myself.
