Don Becker's driver for 2.2.x is currently the one driver which supports
these chips well.  If you need a 2.4.x kernel, let me know and I'll work
up a patch for you.  Otherwise I would recommend using the latest 2.2.x
kernel driver from ftp://ftp.scyld.com/pub/network/test/
