[tulip] Help My Accton 1207D PCI does not work

Dear sir/miss:

I have a Accton 1207D PCI Fast NIC and am running Redhat 5.2 with
a 2.0.36 kernel. I have tried for days but have still not got the card
to work.By the way,it works very well on Windows95 Japanese.
I have installed both win95 and linux on my pc.

I have followed the instructions from  SCYLD pages, but
to no avail.

When I use insmod tulip.o
The message (init_module:device or resource busy) will appear every time.

I am a Linux newbie.I am anxious for your help.
