[tulip] Problem: Tx hung on a StrongARM arch

Thank you all, guys! I got my Netwinder running nice again. The real 
problem was *NOT* the tulip driver; instead, there was a little message 
at boot time saying:

Tulip Eth100 card SROM needs to be programmed...

After some searching in the www.netwinder.org, I got to a FAQ that 
explains that, in order to solve the problem, I must download and insmod 
a tulip updater module. It is FAQ Entry # 2.23 (How do I upgrade an Old 
WS Image).

I just applied the instructions in the FAQ and... The box is my little 
loved old faithful router again. :)
