4 port cards

I have used the Adaptec Quartet's but they don't seem to be made
anymore.  Information on mulitport cards can be found at:

Znyx did the patches to make their cards work under Linux 
(which I think have since been incorporated in the standard tulip driver)
so they might be a good bet.
