Problem tulip with Hitachi Visionbook Pro 7590.

I have Hitachi visionbook pro with a Lan Card DEC DC21143.
When I installed RedHat 6.1 the card was recognized as tulip but they don't
work.
I tried to run the tulip-diag and they recognized my lan card at 0xfc00.
(The same that I have in Windows95).
I not so good with linux configuration and I need some help.
What I can do first.
