[tulip] Failed to map PCI address 0x0

Hello,
I posted this a few weeks ago but unfortunaly did not get any respond.

I am trying to make an "ASIX AX88141" run with Linux (2.2.16). I
downloaded the newest tulip-driver and loaded pci-scan. When I try to
load the tulip-module, it fails and /var/log/messages says:

Failed to map PCI address 0x0 for device 'ASIX AX88141'

Does anybody know, how to avoid this problem?
