[tulip] Netgear FA311 Support Anyone?

I just drove over to the store and nabbed a Netgear FA311 card to replace
my broken LNE100TX, however the card dosen't appear to be supported under
the tulip driver.  Does anyone know of the status of the support of this
card?  It comes with a fa311.c and fa311.h file that only compile for
2.0.36, and I'm *NOT* rolling back to that kernel to make this thing work.

Anyone know if there are special flags or whatnot needed to get this
working?
