Console messages - tulip 0.91x + kernel 2.3.39

I see the following lines (or similar) every morning when I come into
work.  They are displayed on my console.  I'm not sure who's doing
multicast on the network (it might be my machine since I have HP's Web
JetAdmin installed on it), but apparently the card doesn't like it.  For
the most part thought, 0.91x appears to be mostly stable with the 2.3.X
series.  Are these messages indicative of anything I should be worried
about?
