init_module: Device or resource busy

Hey folks,

can anybody help me with this:

I compiled tulip.c (v0.91g) as described at the end of the file and copied
the module to /lib/modules/2.2.12/net/tulip.o

When I now do an "insmod tulip" I always get the following error:

"/lib/modules/2.2.12/net/tulip.o: init_module: Device or resource busy"

Am I doing anything wrong?

tulip-diag gives the following output:
