[tulip] 'Linksys..not solved' thoughts.

	In all fairness, the drivers in netdrivers (doesn't matter who
posted/maintained them - Linksys' and Mr. Becker's worked).  The fault was
either my stupidity, a jacked up base-install on RH's part, or not paying
attention.

	All I basically wanted to know was whether or not it mattered that
tulip-diag showed HD.  As Mr. Becker posted, it's a simple bug in
tulip-diag.  Works for me.

	As finnicky as cable-modem through-put can be, I was pretty sure my cable
system was dragging anyway - not the card.  I tried everything imagineable
to get 'full-duplex' reported, but to no avail.
	Still managed to get 38KB/sec on the single ftp download I did try though.
Best Ive ever gotten under WinXX is ~55KB under almost perfect conditions.
No complaints here... :)P

I have quite a few 56K modems laying around your welcome to if anyone thinks
they're being cheated...LOL
